A More Powerful Engine

The 2022 Acura MDX Type S will come with a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine that is estimated to make up to 355 horsepower and 354 pound-feet of torque. The base 2022 Acura MDX makes up to 290 horsepower. Super Handling All-Wheel Drive™ (SH-AWD®) is rear-biased in the 2022 Acura MDX Type S and is equipped as standard.

A New Interior Experience

Performance is not the only area that sees updates for the upcoming 2022 Acura MDX Type S, the cabin does as well.
