Today’s Transformation Thursday brings us on location with our Client Care Team.  It is always exciting for me to accompany the management staff and employees when they visit the new location for the first time.  There is much excitement and buzz in the air.  My weekly visits to photograph and video the transformation process of the building allows me to bring all of the wonderful progress to the staff and to you.  


I talked with Rebecca Catalano, Client Care Rep, about the move to Southpoint and what it means to her,

“I’m so excited to move to the new location because we will have all new updated equipment, chairs, windows in the Client Care office, and will just allow us to grow!”

The Client Care Team is definitely excited about this new move because they have grown so much over the last few years, they are bursting at the seams for space, and yes, windows are definitely a great addition.

The changes to note this week
The Acura Southpoint location installed tile and they are working on the wiring of the electricity and power boxes. The glass has been added to all offices and the service drive-through area.

This change for us is exciting, but also bittersweet because Performance Acura
has been a part of the Chapel Hill community for over 25 years.  But, not to worry Chapel Hill residents, the drive is only 5 miles and quick 7 minutes away to our new location from our current one.  

This move brings opportunity for growth within our company, within the community, and within our hearts.
