While its true that all cars depreciate as they age, so do so much slower than others. According to the 14th annual ALG Residual Value Awards, Acura is tops among luxury brands when it comes to holding value. These awards determine which car brands maintain the highest percentage of their value after three years, and found that Acura models held their values better than their competitors over time.
Acura quality, durability, and value all play a role in the winning of this value award. That's why so many customers consider used Acura models in the Raleigh-Durham area. They are simply a great value and continue to hold that value over time.
It's also interesting to note that the 2013 Acura RDX won an individual award for Premium Compact Utility Vehicle, which means that it was best in class for it's residual value. With a new V6 packing a bigger power punch and an all-new interior, it's easy to see why this new accolade is duly earned.
