We recently had to take in our 2003 Acura TL for a recall service. The staff was friendly, and everything about the dealership seemed top-notch. I rated the "quality of repair" as N/A only because I didn't notice anything wrong before the recall work was done, and I still don't notice anything afterward. However, everything was taken care of in a professional manner.
