I just wanted to say again how pleased I was with my service yesterday. But mainly I wanted to say in writing what a pleasure it was to work with Adrienne Tevis. When I first spoke with her the other day I was impressed with her attention to my explanation of the problem with our Acura. Sometime I can get a bit "wordy" and she showed no impatience at all. She listened well and was able to communicate my blinker issue to Dennis and as a result I was on my way in less time that I expected on Monday. Adrienne twice came to the lounge and updated me on the progress. If fact, we had a brief conversation about my daughter graduating soon from UNCW and she,using herself as an example,offered some very encouraging words for my Katie. Very thoughtful on her part!
Now, as for you...you too were helpful a few weeks ago when I called and we spoke about the approach to our Acura's blinker issue. I hung up with you feeling very comfortable the cost involved would not get out of hand. And it did not! Nice working with both of you!
