2019 Acura MDX vs 2018 Audi Q7

The rivalry in the three-row luxury SUV segment is getting heated.

The 2019 Acura MDX has landed in Durham, and it's setting higher standards for the rest of the class--a class that includes the all-wheel-drive 2018 Audi Q7.

The 2019 Audi Q7

The Audi Q7 relies on a smooth and outdated design that hasn't seen a significantly styling in update in years. It's a classic and clean look, but overall muted. The interior can seat up to seven, with a bench seat in the middle and two seats in the rear. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are available, but it'll cost you more.

The 2019 Acura MDX

The 2019 Acura MDX was specifically engineered to be a three-row SUV--so you can be confident that you're getting the right car (and the most space for the style) for your family. Even with this intelligent design, the Acura MDX is still much lighter than the Audi Q7, and its exterior stands out with an aggressive look. It seats seven, but can opt for second-row Captain's Chairs. Features like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and standard driver-assistance systems, are readily available.
